    • Appearance: gold, brilliantly clear with a persistent white head, decent lacing
    • Taste: leads with a malt-derived flavour - similar to crackers with a hint of candy sweetness. There’s a balancing hop-bitterness, with no detectable hop flavour.

    After nine months’ hibernation in bourbon barrels, The Beast has emerged. It is big, malty, heady & complex. It is a gentle beast, to be sure, but powerfully tasty with a 12% abv.

    • Aroma: Big, boozy barrel-aged. Lots of bourbon & oak.
    • Appearance: Dark amber, with a lingering creamy head
    • Taste: Oak and burnt sugar in the front, caramel, molasses, and dark fruits with notes of leather in the background
    • Mouthfeel: Full sweet mouthfeel with a noticeable bitterness and drying oak tannins
    • Overall: Warming alcohol with notes of oak, caramel, cherries and leather, lingering sweetness and toffee in the finish

    • Mouthfeel: Refreshing, crisp and smooth. Infused with Scandinavian Angelica Root, renowned for its restorative properties and once said to be the currency of Vikings.
    • Overall: Pleasant bitterness upfront with a subtle bread character backing flavour. Very slight herbaceous tone in the background with a hint of sweetness. Medium body is notable.
